Terms & conditions
The general terms and conditions of sale detailed below only govern the contractual relationship between the User (hereafter referred to as You), the trader PROFIL DE FACE SAS (hereafter referred to as We) with a capital of 100 Euros, whose headquarters is situated at 46 rue Léon 75018 Paris – France and registered on the register of companies and commerce in Paris under the VAT number FR36822110607.

Before any purchase, we recommend that you read and accept the general terms and conditions. Upon confirming an order, you accept our general conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 1. GeneralWhen placing the order, the customer has read the terms and conditions (with attention to conditions about price, name, quantity, color, particularities of products, and cost of services) and accepts them completely.
ARTICLE 2. OrderingItems available on www.shop.profildeface.fr/ are only offered to customers whom have an address in the following countries: France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Monaco, Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal , Finland, Sweden, Norway, Liechtenstein, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Malta, Cyprus, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Estonia, Russia, Ukraine, Croatia, Mexico, Canada, United States of America.
ARTICLE 3. Order successYour order is confirmed upon receipt of the email “Order confirmation”. The sale will be effective once the order is confirmed and shipped by PROFIL DE FACE. This confirmation is completed upon sending the email of shipping process (maximum 3 working days except for sale items or items on special offer) PROFIL DE FACE reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason (item unavailable, problem concerning the order received, abnormal order, predictable problems concerning the delivery or issues about a previous order).
In this case, PROFIL DE FACE will contact the client, please allow a maximum delay of 5 working days once the order is registered and a refund will be made. If we are only able to fulfill part of your order, payment will be taken for your whole order, and then on dispatch a full refund for the unavailable goods will be made.
ARTICLE 4. PriceWe reserve the right to modify our prices at any time but will apply the current rates as indicated to you on the site at the time the order was placed.
ARTICLE 5. Secure paymentPayments are made with a Paypal account or by credit card. We use industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to allow for the encryption of potentially sensitive information such as your name, address and other critically sensitive information like your credit card details. Information passed between your computer and our website cannot be read in the event of it being intercepted. ARTICLE 6. PropertyItems remain PROFIL DE FACE's property until the collection of the order.
ARTICLE 7. Delivery termsWe aim to deliver all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery times stated on the website are in no way a guarantee and are based on approximations. This is due to third party factors, which may cause delays. Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday).
For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed within 1 or 2 working days after order verification and credit approval.
Whichever form of shipping you choose, you can track your order from your account in the Order History section. Shipping fees may vary subject to the cost and weight of your order and will be added to your invoice. Shipping fees are always detailed in the order summary.
If you live outside E.U. you may have an extension of 30 days to wait for your shipment due to customs services.
You may be charged customs duties and taxes for something purchased online. Duties and taxes are most typically not included in the price of the goods you purchase online, and might not be included in the overall shipping costs you pay.
Shipping costs are free from 150€ for France.
ARTICLE 8. Return and refundsYou have a period of 28 days from receipt of your order to request a return and send the product(s).
To do this, thank you to log in to your account and go to the section "History of your orders", then select the order and the items to return, and fill out the form of the footer stating the reason for the return.
The refund of the articles will be carried out under a maximum period of 10 working days from the reception of the return, by re-credit on the bank card or PayPal account used at the time of the purchase, and this after control of the good state of the article and its packaging.
For an identical product/price exchange, you must retake a new order. We will provide you with a free return label to return the first order.
For a return after a withdrawal, shipping costs are your responsibility.
Please keep proof of shipping in case the return is not processed.
Please return products unused and in the original packaging. Damaged, incomplete or dirty products will not be accepted, refunded or exchanged. You can use the same packaging as was used for delivery.

Products will not be accepted, refunded or exchanged after the 28 days period from the date you receive your delivery.
ARTICLE 9. Right of RetractionA return slip is delivered with every order. PROFIL DE FACE allows you 30 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with. Your right of retraction begins the moment your order is delivered. You can return the product within this time period, at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a completed and signed return goods demand. We request that you send us the merchandise by registered post.
Shipping fees remain the customer’s responsibility. The present right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded. The client will be refunded once the products are received by PROFIL DE FACE under 14 days.
*Please note - In case of retraction abroad, the charges of sending and of return are chargeable to the customer.
ARTICLE 10. Privacy promiseSince the details you give us are essential for the processing and delivery of orders, for billing and for the establishment of warranty contracts, failure to provide these details will result in the cancellation of your order. By registering on the Site, you agree to provide us with sincere and true information as it concerns you.
Communicating false information is contrary to the present Terms & Conditions as well as the conditions of use listed on the Site. In accordance with the "Data processing and Freedoms" law, the processing of your details was the subject of a declaration made before the CNIL (French data protection watchdog). PROFIL DE FACE is authorized to extract, handle and use information that concerns you. This information is the subject of computer processing. PROFIL DE FACE complies fully with all applicable Data Protection and consumer legislation, and will treat all your personal information as fully confidential.
You have the permanent right to access and rectify all the information that concerns you, in accordance with European texts and national laws in place. You may at any time, modify this information by accessing your account or mailing email@example.com
ARTICLE 11. Intellectual propertyAll the content on www.profildeface.fr (illustrations, texts, names, brand names, music, images and videos) is the property of PROFIL DE FACE, its co-contractors or partners. Any partial or total reproduction of this content, by any means and on any support, is subject to prior and express authorization by PROFIL DE FACE. The client forbids himself to paste or download the content of www.profildeface.fr except prior and express authorization by PROFIL DE FACE.
ARTICLE 12. Applicable lawThese terms and conditions comply with French law.
